ETHAN CHAPLUK: PRESIDENT & HEAD OF PERFORMANCE COACHING
Ethan grew up playing sports from a young age. In his teenage years, he found that fitness alone wasn't enough to cope with underlying depression and performance anxiety. Out of his own personal experience, he has committed his studies and practice to addressing clients as a whole, helping them to master their wellness on all levels.

Sierra found her stride in health and wellness as a means of coping with external stresses. By taking control of her health she began to take control of all aspects of her life. Through this journey she has developed a passion for wellness and now heads our operations, working diligently to bring innovative solutions to the masses.
JUSTIN HALL: HEAD OF NUTRITION & TRAINING
Justin has been a personal trainer since 2011 and a nutrition coach since 2016. Over the years he has worked with many different types of clients with many different specialties and abilities, whether it be with kids just getting started on their fitness journeys or with professional athletes striving to reach the top of their game. Justin's passion is to bring the highest level of service and education to anyone he works with, giving them the tools to be as successful as possible both inside and outside of the gym
STEPHENE CASH : HEAD OF WOMENS' HEALTH
Stephene earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology with a focus on Nutrition from the University of West Georgia. In conjunction with the curriculum, she earned her certification as an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Her passion is to help increase her clients’ quality of life while educating them on how to implement physical and mental lifestyle changes that they can maintain and progress on their own. Stephene’s fitness philosophy is “Health is the foundation of all happiness”. With that in mind, her training style tends to focus on “functional training”, which leads to a well-rounded, balanced fitness routine that contributes to a happier and healthier every-day life.
